Travis John is Co-Founder of Parsera, the token-native fund administrator and verified operating record for private funds and SPVs. He is also Founder and Managing Partner of Chayne Global Management, a private yield fund built on modern operating infrastructure, and Head of Institutional at XDC, where he leads U.S. institutional growth for the enterprise blockchain powering payments, tokenization, and trade finance.
He previously founded RWA Builders, the industry association that vetted 250+ real-world asset projects and connected allocators, issuers, and infrastructure operators as tokenization moved from theory to production. Across 25 years he has built at four inflection points of financial infrastructure: enterprise software, the 2008 workout cycle, digital commerce, and institutional tokenization.
Travis brings a practitioner's view of what institutional tokenization requires at the operating layer — not just issuance and distribution, but auditable fund administration, verified records, and the connective tissue between allocators and the infrastructure that makes RWAs investable at scale.
