Richie Hosein is an award-winning executive, serial entrepreneur, and connector with more than two decades building, scaling, and advising high-growth businesses across healthcare, life sciences, AI, hospitality, media, and consumer brands. Operating at the intersection of strategy, commercialization, and culture, he has led initiatives that have collectively generated over $1 billion in sales.

His career spans Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson commercial leadership, founding TRE Medical Technology Consultants and Baseline Health, and serving as Chief Growth Officer at Thinkhat Venture Studio. Today he is launching a venture studio across healthcare, hospitality, and marketing — including FreeHealth.ai, an AI-driven digital health companion, and 1nfluenc3 Media, a full-stack creative marketing and media agency. He is also founder and president of the Global Healthcare Leaders Foundation, co-founder of Etiquette Management Group, and a recognized operator in nightlife and experiential hospitality, including work that drove a 1200% revenue increase at the Playboy Club NYC.
