Nithya Ramachandran is a seasoned Software Engineer IV, Technical Lead, and U.S. Patent Co-Inventor with more than 12 years of experience delivering enterprise applications across the Healthcare, ERP, and Financial Services sectors. Her expertise spans Spring Boot microservices, Java backend development, React.js, AWS cloud architecture, and large-scale system modernization.

At MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Nithya leads technical design and development for platforms that support the organization's pharmacy benefit management ecosystem. She has architected major components of the NGCS Smart IQ and CLCS platforms, redesigned MedImpact's Prior Authorization Appeal system using Spring Boot microservices, authored secure RESTful APIs, and contributed to enterprise-wide modernization initiatives.

During her tenure at GE Healthcare, Nithya contributed to web-based DICOM enterprise viewing applications used by radiologists globally. She is co-inventor of U.S. Patent Application US20240212829A1, which introduces AI-driven workflow automation to enhance radiologist productivity.
