Connecting Institutional Trade Finance to Layer-1 Blockchain Infrastructure
Li Maor is Country Manager Switzerland for XDC Network, a Layer-1 blockchain infrastructure company focused on institutional trade finance, real-world asset tokenization, and cross-border payments. Based in Zurich, she leads XDC's Swiss market development and institutional partnerships.
Li brings a decade of direct UN system experience. From 2007 she served in various roles as Program Manager, Legal Counsel, and Project Coordinator at WIPO in Geneva, managing international project portfolios across more than 14 member states and negotiating contracts and budgets. She later moved into finance, managing a $1B+ institutional and HNW portfolio at Bitcoin Suisse and working in private banking at Julius Baer.
She holds an LL.B. and an MBA with distinction from HEC Geneva, combining legal, diplomatic, and financial market expertise — a rare profile for bridging institutional trade finance with blockchain infrastructure in one of the world's most important financial centers.
