Building the Unified Liquidity Layer for Institutional On-Chain Capital

Lewis Tuff is CEO and Co-Founder of Twilight, the unified liquidity layer that lets institutions move capital across custodians, venues, and chains — privately. Backed by leading investors including Alan Howard and Sequoia, Twilight combines zero-knowledge privacy with built-in regulatory compliance to make on-chain settlement as seamless as it is secure.

One of fintech's most seasoned technical operators, Lewis has spent over a decade building the infrastructure behind some of the industry's defining companies. As the second engineering hire at Revolut, he scaled the engineering team to 50+ and spearheaded the company's first-of-its-kind crypto offering, which went on to drive more than $300M in trading revenue. He then joined Blockchain.com, rising from engineering lead to Chief Technology Officer, where he was responsible for the technology underpinning one of the world's largest crypto platforms.

Most recently, he served as CTO of Brevan Howard Digital, the digital assets arm of one of the world's premier macro hedge funds. Lewis began his career building trading and risk technology at Goldman Sachs and UBS, and was named to Business Insider's 35 Under 35 in fintech. He is a graduate of the University of Manchester.
