Jimmy Nguyen is the Founder of New Win Ventures (New Win Global), a firm focused on IP, data, and tokenization projects that combine innovation with real-world impact. A globally recognized blockchain and emerging technology leader, he previously served as Founding President of the BSV Blockchain Association and CEO of nChain Group — one of the industry’s leading R&D firms with a major patent portfolio.
Before entering blockchain full-time, Jimmy had a 21-year career as an intellectual property, digital media, and technology lawyer, serving as partner at major U.S. law firms with clients including Microsoft, Amazon, Uber, Sony, and the Motion Picture Association. A Vietnamese-American immigrant, he is a leading voice for using blockchain as data infrastructure rather than solely for cryptocurrency trading, and actively supports projects across Nigeria, Pakistan, Vietnam, and global markets. He is also a renowned motivational speaker and media commentator.
