David Bennett is Founder and CEO of W.B.C. Inc. – The World Bank of Crypto (TWBC) – building compliance-first digital banking, tokenization, and institutional crypto finance. Based in the Washington, D.C. area, he focuses on guiding businesses through regulatory complexity so digital-asset strategies can scale with transparency, accountability, and institutional credibility.

Alongside leading TWBC, David is a Partner at Gormus & Bennett Investments, a board member at Rockefeller & Gormus Capital Management, and an Ambassador with the Institute of Peace and Development (INSPAD).
