B. Dweik is Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Bluestone Flagship Investors, a fractional family office he co-founded in Silicon Valley alongside four other technology entrepreneurs. With a background spanning technology, engineering, and passive real estate investing, he brings a distinctive lens to wealth building — one grounded in the same rigor and precision he applied over 24+ years as a microchip design engineer, collaborating with IBM and ARM on chips powering products from iPhones and iPads to Teslas and spacecraft.

His mission is to help busy professionals engineer wealth through meticulously vetted, cash-flowing real estate opportunities that safeguard assets amid economic uncertainty while building long-term value. His path into real estate began unexpectedly at age 20, when he became a landlord almost by accident after renting out rooms in his first property — a passion that deepened over decades as he balanced a demanding technology career, including a startup exit via Cisco's acquisition in 2015, with hands-on real estate investing on the side.

Beyond investing, B is passionate about youth education — particularly bringing financial literacy and essential life skills to children ages 8–12 in developing countries — extending his belief in engineered wealth to the next generation so they can build strong financial foundations early in life.
