Angele' is a cross-sector innovator building at the intersection of AI, blockchain, and decentralized infrastructure. She serves as Chief at Scionic Method, architecting blockchain-based wealth protection and legacy transfer infrastructure for high-net-worth families, family offices, and executives navigating self-custody digital asset management.

As co-founder of Disruptor DAO, she is developing a tokenized economy that brings together multiple enterprises onto a shared blockchain. Within technology education and infrastructure development, Angele' advises CDFIs and mission-driven institutions navigating AI, blockchain, and fintech adoption.

Her work spans international smart city infrastructure development, cooperative economic and advisory on federal contracting strategy and large-scale procurement systems.
